ClinicianX Supervisor Standards

These standards apply to supervisors listed on ClinicianX, operated by A.C.N. 677 123 134 Pty Ltd (ACN 677 123 134) t/as ClinicianX ABN 52 677 123 134. They should be read with the ClinicianX Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Eligibility and ongoing requirements

  • Maintain current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
  • Provide accurate registration details, consent to reasonable checks against the public AHPRA register, and promptly correct any discrepancy.
  • Provide accurate evidence of relevant clinical and supervision experience.
  • Maintain current professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate to the services offered.
  • Notify ClinicianX promptly of registration conditions, restrictions, complaints, investigations or other changes that may affect suitability to provide supervision.
  • Keep profile information, availability, fees and capacity accurate.
  • Understand that changes to a name, registered profession or registration number pause the Registration checked badge until ClinicianX completes a new review.

Professional conduct

  • Practise within professional scope, competence and applicable OT standards.
  • Set clear supervision boundaries, expectations, fees and cancellation terms.
  • Identify conflicts of interest and avoid misleading claims, guarantees or representations of ClinicianX endorsement.
  • Respond respectfully and promptly, including advising clinicians when capacity is unavailable.

Privacy and records

  • Do not request or enter identifiable client information unless lawful, necessary and appropriately consented outside the ClinicianX platform.
  • Use ClinicianX messages and supervision records for professional supervision coordination, not as a client clinical record.
  • Protect confidential information and comply with applicable privacy, record-keeping and mandatory reporting obligations.

Matching and platform use

  • Only confirm a match when a genuine supervision relationship has been agreed.
  • Do not manipulate match counts, referral rewards or platform activity.
  • Cooperate with reasonable verification, safety and complaint enquiries from ClinicianX.

Concerns and review

ClinicianX may pause or remove a listing while eligibility, safety, accuracy or compliance concerns are reviewed. Contact ClinicianX before applying if you are unsure whether you meet a requirement.
