Trust, verification and safety
ClinicianX reviews required information before public listing and provides tools for discovery, enquiries, messaging and supervision records. Clinicians listed on the platform are independent practitioners, not employees of ClinicianX.
What ClinicianX checks
- Public OT listings require an AHPRA registration check and profile review.
- Supervisors must pass mandatory eligibility questions and an administrative review covering AHPRA registration, experience, insurance, restrictions and acceptance of the ClinicianX Supervisor Standards.
- A “Registration checked” supervisor badge appears only after an authorised ClinicianX administrator manually checks the submitted name, registration number, profession and current status against the public AHPRA register.
- Clinicians must tell ClinicianX promptly about any change to their AHPRA registration.
What verification does not mean
A verification badge confirms the specified ClinicianX check. It is not a guarantee of availability, suitability, service quality or a particular clinical outcome, and does not imply AHPRA approval, endorsement or partnership. Users should independently check the public register and decide whether a clinician is right for their circumstances. Each profile links to the AHPRA register so you can check current registration yourself.
Privacy and professional boundaries
Only provide information needed for the enquiry or supervision relationship. Do not enter identifiable client information into ClinicianX messages or supervision records.

Emergencies and concerns
ClinicianX does not provide emergency care, urgent clinical support or clinical advice.
To report an inaccurate profile, privacy concern or professional conduct issue, email [email protected] with the profile or enquiry reference. ClinicianX may pause a listing while a concern is reviewed.
